All of my life I watched my father carry his anvil in and out of the barn and to the truck while he worked as a farrier. His back bent under the pressure of holding the heavy tool, he proudly carried it as he made an honest living doing what he loved. This memory is why I decided to start making outdoor furniture to compliment my landscaping work. I thought of my father, his work ethic and his tools. As a result Anvil and Oak Furniture is born. A tribute to his hardworking legacy.
I love working with my hands and creating. Creating landscape for over 25 years has given me the ability to share my vision with others. Now, designing handmade, beautiful and durable furniture has given me yet another way to share my industry and craft with others.
